About Us

Liphook and District Ramblers, founded in 1984, is a friendly group of people who love walking together in the countryside. In Liphook, we are fortunate to live surrounded by many Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Sites of Special Scientific Interest. so are really spoiled for choice!

Liphook is close to the boundary of three counties, Hampshire, Surrey and West Sussex, so we attract members from across county boundaries and explore the varied terrain of all three. The South Downs, Surrey’s lowland heath (now recognised as one of the world’s rarest habitats) and Hampshire’s beautiful rivers and villages all feature in our programme.
